Overview

We developed a comprehensive online solution for a client with a large-scale crushing unit operation, with over 100 staff and multiple sites. The solution connects all offices, provides individual financial statements for each unit, and consolidates these into a head office composite statement. This involved creating a centralized database and online interface accessible to all relevant personnel, from site managers to accountants. The system automated many key processes, reducing the need for manual data entry and minimizing the risk of errors.

Challenge

The client faced several challenges including:

  • Connecting multiple offices and crushing units, which were previously operating in silos with limited communication and data sharing.
  • Generating separate and consolidated financial statements, a time-consuming process that often resulted in delays and inconsistencies.
  • Managing staff attendance, including day and night shifts, with varying pay scales and overtime rules, which was difficult to track accurately.
  • Calculating and displaying individual employee salaries, taking into account attendance, overtime, and deductions, in a transparent and easily accessible way.
  • Tracking client details and balances, with credit limit notifications, to prevent overspending and manage accounts receivable effectively.
  • Recording online sales for every item, including different product types, quantities, and prices, and integrating this data with inventory management.
